Courtney & Matt had the most beautiful little elopement on the cliffs of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula, with both of their parents there to share the day with them.

It was such a relaxed and happy afternoon. After their ceremony, they spent time enjoying the sunshine, had a little dance together with their families and then sat down for a picnic overlooking the water. It really felt like they had the whole afternoon to slow down and enjoy being together, rather than rushing from one part of the day to the next.

As the sun started to set, the light just got better and better. We were treated to the most beautiful pastel sunset and that soft glow that makes Mornington Peninsula elopement photography so special.

We LOVE days like this! They’re intimate and relaxed, but still feel really special and like a proper celebration. You don’t need a huge guest list or a traditional wedding to have an amazing wedding day.
